The video is awesome!

Thanks to Percula for his awesome work.

Hatsune Miku Nendoroid

Having fun taking photograph of Hatsune Miku.

Seriously, am I only the one having problem balancing Miku?
The 2 pony tail are kinda causing the imbalance on the nendoroid.

Massive spending this month. . .

Total spending for this month loot: $268.78

Photo above shows GSC Hatsune Miku Nendroid, Alter 1/7 Hayate Yagami, Re:(Artbook by Square Enix for games like FFXIII), Megumi Magazine Jan09 Edition, GS Magazine Jan09 Edition and Ga-Rei Manga 1-6. Actually never expect to spend so much this month after spending like 2k on the DSRL camera just weeks ago. Nevertheless, I usually never care much about spending especially on things that I really want which actually causes me to overspend. ^^;

Guess I really need to control my spending before the next payday. . . So what have you peeps gotta for this month? Wanna share? :D

The End of EOY

So apparently the EOY this year is the last and final for fans like us.
As you can read from the announcement here, STAC is dissolving.
And also they seems to be losing money from organizing the event every year.

Well one less event for me next year to attend... Gonna miss EOY.
To those who whine about paying $12, please try organizing the event yourself.

Something random

EOY 2008

I guess I am one of the latest blogger to report on the event which just happens last Saturday at Singapore Expo. Been too busy sorting out the 700+ photos which only 80ish photos have been decent. :(
This is the 2nd time I attended this event, managed to meet up with some bloggers like the FAMOUS panther who failed to hide from me. Now onto the cosplayers..

Cutest Nell I've seen so far.

Last appearance for HoiHoi-San at EOY08.

Ciel Phantomhive from Kuroshitsuji.

The girl in the center got one of the best costume for the event imo.

The Idolmaster group.

And lastly the dynasty warrior girl which panther have been crazy over.

Got nothing to said much, basically the event have been covered by most of the bloggers.
For more of my photos which I've taken, can be found here.

Final Fantasy XIII

Been waiting for this for years. :D

EOY2008

EOY2008 is on Saturday! Hopefully many of you peeps are going.
I for sure am going for sure. :D

Hatsune Miku - Innocence

I really like the animation in this video. :D

Things about Animes. . .

I can't stop laughing after seeing this in my email.
Seriously, it always happen in animes only! :D

Monsoon Season

Also known as a boring season for me even tho the weather is more cooling.
Basically it's my rare off day at work today and I'm stuck at home doing nothing, thanks to the rain. :(
Well, at least it gives me a chance to play around with my camera.
One more of those shots taken from my window again. This time with some PS added. :)

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku

[Picture taken from Good Smile Company]

Apparently I missed out on getting Nendoroid version of Hatsune Miku.
Seems to be sold out everywhere, anyone can advice where I can try? ^^;

Window View Part II

This time, photo taken in the morning. So much easier to shoot in the daytime.

Window View

Trying to get a good shot of the night view from my window.
This the best I managed so far, considering the fact that I'm not using any tripod. :D
Will try for a better shot next time once I got the time.

Nendoroids Series

Finally acquired my 1st sets of nendoroids, they're so cute!
They are Kagamine Rin, Len from the vocaloid series and Shana from Shakugan no Shana.

Will be trying to acquire the full set of vocaloid characters for my collection.
Till then, enjoy a video of vocaloid all stars in action. :D

Vocaloid

I love this animation for vocaloid.
Features all the vocaloid which some I barely knows... lol.. :3

Animelo 2008

Yeah I know it old news, Animelo 2008 had already finished in August.
This year Animelo is a bit unique tho, it's split into 2 days with different singers each day. And May'n was also invited as one of the singer this year. :o
Guess those paying to watch must be burning a hole in their pocket. :x

A preview on what songs were sang.
I wanna watch Nana Mizuki and Ali Project duet for the song "Eternal Blaze" bad. >_<

The theme song for Animelo 2008, Yells ~It's a Beautiful Life~.

Anime Festival Asia 08 - The Aftermath

It's been a blast for me for the past 2 days where I spend most of the time at Suntec together with thousand others who had attended this event. Figurine companies showcasing their products, high profile people from the animation industries giving talks, live performance by Ichirou Mizuki and May'n. I really do hope to know more people who will attend this event with me tho. :(

I guess many people like me really enjoyed this event or at least one lucky guy did. I did had a lot of fun going around and taking photos of the cosplayers on the 2nd day with my uber 2 years old crappy campact digicam(time to invest in a DSRL!). Have to chase the cosplayers around tho, hope I wish they have a cosplay corner where all cosplayers will be gathered there. ^^;

Overall, I think the event is really well done and organised. Really hoping to see a AFA09 next year. Till then looking forward to EOY08.

And before I end, a short Lion PV for all of you peeps. ^^

Anime Festival Asia - Day 2
